IT & Finance Team Leader

Responsibilities
Team and operations coordination
- Plan and organise the work of the ERP consultant team.
- Assign and prioritise support, maintenance and implementation requests.
- Handle escalations and ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with technical teams and project managers to deliver projects successfully.
- Help optimise internal processes and procedures.
Client relations
- Work directly with clients, especially public sector organisations and institutions.
- Take part in analysis, implementation and consulting meetings.
- Deliver product demos and contribute to pre-sales activities.
- Travel occasionally for implementations, training or support.
Performance and management
- Define and monitor the team’s performance indicators.
- Carry out regular reviews and give ongoing feedback to colleagues.
- Track project progress and report results to management.
- Plan team capacity and resource allocation.
Leadership and team development
- Lead, motivate and support the team’s professional development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues.
- Help onboard new team members and build a culture based on collaboration and performance.
- Support improvement and organisational change initiatives.

Experience and skills
-
A university degree in Economics, IT or a related field.

At least 3 years in a leadership role (Team Leader, Project Manager or similar).

At least 3 years of experience in finance.
Experience implementing, using or consulting on ERP systems. -
Experience in a software or IT company is an advantage.

Solid knowledge of financial accounting processes. Public sector accounting experience is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, organisational and decision-making skills.

Very good communication and collaboration skills with clients and internal teams.

Experience with CRM systems or ticketing tools (JIRA or similar) is an advantage.

Category B driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
